Rejoice

REJOICE! – Will you make this time a time of rejoicing? What have I got to rejoice about today? I can hear you saying. How can I rejoice when so many things are against me?  I agree with you wholeheartedly, that when you look at the adversities in your life, not one of them is something to rejoice about. But may I, just for a minute, turn your mind from them all to one image – the Cross of Jesus. That is what He endured for you without complaining or murmuring. Rejoice in His Love for you.

 

Forgive me Lord that so often the hard knocks life dishes out, sometimes blind my eyes to Your Cross and all You endured for me. In You I will rejoice. Amen!
