God The Father

 

 

God the Father, first Person of the Three,

I give You praise and thanks for having me,

You come to me as my Father above,

Engulfing me with Your Heavenly Love.

Father, Heavenly Lord, I am Your own,

You’ve said that by Your Name I’m to be known;

Thank You Father for always being near,

Thank You that for me You are always there.

 

 

God the Father, first Person of the Three,

I offer You thanks for making me free,

You speak to me daily Your voice to know,

That in Your Love and wisdom I will grow,

Father, Heavenly Lord, Yours forever,

You said that I’m Yours, I want no other; 

Thank You Father for always being near,

Thank You that for me You are always there.

 

God the Father, first Person of the Three,

I bow down to You as You make me see,

My Father is my Saviour, Lord and King,

To You, my entire being I bring,

Father, Heavenly Lord, You speak what’s true,

You said come, You will my stained life renew;

Thank You Father for always being near,

Thank You that for me You are always there.
