DON’T FOLLOW YOUR NEIGHBOURS – Like the Israelites, after they were saved from slavery, you too have been given a free place. They were given a land flowing with milk and honey and you have been given life in Jesus that is abundant. However, the same warning given to them is given to you. Their new place, like yours, is filled with idol worshippers, practices which the Lord detests. Do not follow your neighbours in idolatry; follow only the ways of the Lord.
Lord save me from all the worldly things which attract me, and will cause me to neglect the One True God. Amen!
