REFINED IN CLAY – There is quite a paradoxical image before you, when you see how silver, precious metal, is refined in a clay furnace; clay that can’t even be compared with the rich value of silver. God in His wisdom put Jesus, His Living Word in human clay to be the Perfect Sacrifice for you.
Holy Sovereign God, thank You for Your Living Word, who came in human clay, so that every flawless Word of His, will reach us in our human clay. Amen!
