DISPLAY OF GOD’S WORK – Too often you look at yourself, and sometimes others, with all the health problems which plague you. At times, when they become too much for you to bear, you begin to think that you are under a curse from God, who is punishing you for the sins of some past family member. Such thinking had been common even in Jesus’ day and He had to put His disciples straight on it. Learn that many an illness has come not to show God’s curse but on the contrary, to show His blessing. Such adversity comes so that God’s work may be displayed in you. O yes, Jesus is still the mighty Healer.
Praise to You O Lord that nothing of Your healing power, as with Your hearing Word, ever grows weak or wanes in any way. Amen!
