OUR STRONGHOLD - A stronghold in plain and simple language is exactly what its name says. It is a hold that is strong. A hold can be both a physical structure, and a physical holding by the hand. Whatever the word, hold, means to you, as long as it is strong, there is no getting away or being stolen away. God is our stronghold for He is our sure, unconquerable fortress. He is our stronghold because when He holds us with His mighty Hands, who has power to snatch us from Him? You are safe in God.
Holy God, our Sure stronghold, thank You for being our stronghold. Amen!
