FROM EGYPT TO THE DESERT – Honestly, don’t you feel at times that God has led you straight from the frying-pan into the fire? O yes, I am sure you know the feeling. But God does put us through some experiences we would never choose for ourselves, neither in timing nor placing. However, take heart and be encouraged, even in your unwanted situation for God is still in control. Remember what He did to the children of Israel? Not too long after He delivered them from bondage in Egypt, He led them, not into some lush land, but into a desert land. Trust God! He knows what is best for you to increase and strengthen your faith.
All-Wise and All-Knowing God I am afraid, help me please to trust You even in my present situation. Amen!
