REPENT OR PERISH – This is not usually a welcomed word by many people, Christians included. This is so because many of us refuse to believe that people will perish in the end, due to Father God’s Rule and Judgment. But it really does not matter what humans think. What matters is what Jesus says. In talking with a group of people who were telling Him of Galileans who had come to a really sad and tragic end, Jesus simply turned it around to them, and bluntly told them that if they did not repent, they too will perish. Don’t be unwise, ignorant and foolish about this. Read the suggested Bible reading. Jesus is serious.
Lord Jesus, O may we all take You seriously and repent from our devious ways. Amen!
