Beware Of Outside Influences

BEWARE OF OUTSIDE INFLUENCES – Things may be going well and peaceful in your faith community, but never stop being vigilant. Never ever presume that outside influences can’t bring about sorrowful and grievous behaviour to your place of peace. All is going well in Lystra, where Paul and Barnabas are spreading the Good News and where God is working marvellous miracles through Paul.  Paul is telling and proving to them about Jesus, crucified and risen, when people from outside, come in, win the crowd over and were most brutal to Paul. Keep your eyes open. Unwanted outside influences will come. Do not succumb. 

Holy Spirit, I cannot on my own, tell what is true and what is not. Save me from evil outside influences. Amen!
