GOD’S STUBBORN PATIENCE – Patience is a fruit of the Spirit for it is an arm of love. If God is Love then He is patient. How patient is our Lord to you? He is patient enough to stand at the door and keep knocking, so that you will open to Him. He is patient enough to forgive your wretched sins, seventy times seven, when you come to Him in penitence. He is patient enough, to afford you chance after chance to turn and come to Him. Today is another opportunity, turn to Him now.
Holy God, when I see how patient You are with me, even when I am impatient with myself, I cannot but fall before You. Help me please! Amen!
