Perplexing Stuff

PERPLEXING STUFF – Are you easily perplexed by what you see and hear going on around you? Are you amazed by events you cannot explain? Very often, we are perplexed by human behaviour that is bad. However, aren’t there times when good, correct, Spirit-enabled behaviour bring us to a state of perplexity and amazement? This is exactly what happened to some witnesses of Pentecost, when power was activated in believers. They simply couldn’t fathom what was going on. Yet all they were witnessing was powered by God. Is what perplexes you, of God?

 

Holy Spirit, I cannot always tell what is behaviour enabled by You and what is not. Grant me true learning please. Amen!
