FATHER GOD - O Lord, our heavenly Father – On this first day, as we begin a New Academic Year and also a New Church Year, let us be mindful that it is Father God who has given us the grace of sharing in all this newness, in different ways. When you think that sinners can call God, Father; when we ponder on the fact that the Creator of the universe, delights in us His creation being so one with Him, as to call Him Father, is so beyond the scope of our mind – it has to be Grace. If this is not Grace, then what is?
O Lord, our heavenly Father, thank You for unmerited Grace. Thank You that we can call You Father. Amen!
