Resurrected Jesus

RESURRECTED JESUS – How do you see Jesus, the Resurrected One? Do you see Him as Herod saw Him? When Herod heard about Jesus and all the miraculous works He was doing, he said, John whom I beheaded has been raised from the dead! Mark 6: 16b. Herod believed in resurrection all right, but he saw Jesus as the resurrection of another person. Be clear in your mind and understanding. The resurrected Jesus, is not a different Person. He’s the same, dead and buried Jesus, who was raised to life again. It matters, for only through His death and resurrection, can we be buried and resurrected with Him.

 

Risen Jesus, may we too be buried with You that we may rise with You. Amen!
