Father And Son Are One

FATHER AND SON ARE ONE – Jewish Leaders were persecuting Jesus, because He was doing things on the Sabbath. In defending Himself, Jesus told them this. My Father is always at work to this very day, and I, too, am working. John 5: 17b. When they heard those words, they tried all the more to kill Jesus, for making Himself equal with God. Jesus, unmoved in truth, plainly told them that He does only what He sees the Father doing. He does nothing by Himself. He told them of the love the Father has for Him and the love He has for the Father. This One love is poured out into our hearts, by the Holy Spirit, that we may live in love.

 

O, love that will not let me go, I yield myself to You. Amen!
