PARDONING GOD – Our God is a pardoning God, who accepts the penitence of His people. Yes, He is a just God and gets angry with us, when we disobey and refuse to listen to Him. However, He does not stay angry forever, for He delights in having sweet fellowship with His own. When we repent of our ways, He shows abounding mercy and intimate compassion. Repent! He pardons!
Pardoning God, I repent. I return to You with a broken, sorrowful heart, for I have sinned against You. Thank You for Your free, pardoning grace and mercy. Amen!
