JOY IN THE WORD – Have you ever given thought to Zacchaeus’ changed countenance when Jesus called him down from that high, sprawling tree? You see, he heard Jesus’ voice deep within his sad, sin-sick soul and immediately, he came down at once and welcomed him gladly. Luke 19: 6. One, who was bitter and unloved, shows the signs of one delighted with joy. With a crowd of people before him, the one person to make Zacchaeus feel pure joy, is Jesus and the words He speaks to him. Jesus is present among your crowd and is speaking to you. Will you hear, come to Him and find real peace and joy in His words?
