RESURRECTION FEAR – On the day of Jesus’ Resurrection, God’s angel came down to earth with thunderous applause and earth shattering power. Matthew informs us that this messenger of God went to Jesus’ tomb, rolled back that huge, blocking stone and sat on it. His visible appearance was stunning and boy were the guards afraid! They trembled and became like dead men. What a sight to behold! Resurrection fear still overcomes unbelievers to make them believers.
Almighty, all powerful God, shake us all who are unbelievers that we may fall in belief, before You. Amen!
