BE LIKE GOD – As soon as we see or hear these words, straightway, we either laugh them to scorn or we shrug them off as impossible for humans. We ask, how can a mere mortal be like the Immortal One? However, this is what the Immortal, Invisible God desires, for He has provided us with everything we need to be as He is in Jesus, His conquering Son. God is not some human lunatic, to expect of us, sinful, frail human vessels, the most highly impossible, without working it out in us. Surrender to Him and be like Him.
My sinful, mortal life, I give to You Lord. Make me as You will have me. Amen!
