MOTHER – On this special day, celebrated as Mother’s Day, we give God thanks for all women - mothers, god-mothers, aunts, sisters, nieces and grandmothers down the line – who have played and continue to play exceptionally important roles in the lives of others. We especially think of those who seek to bring children up in the fear and admonition of the Lord. To these mothers and mother figures God has given a special privilege.

 

Father, we thank You for giving us mothers and others, who are good examples and role models for children. Amen!
