Resurrection

RESURRECTION – Here is a true saying. There is no resurrection, if there is no death. You only resurrect that which is dead, that which has been buried and forgotten. You resurrect an old garment, one that has been hidden or lost for quite some time. Is resurrection part of your daily experience? Think deeply about it, you may be surprised.

 

Our Father in heaven, You who resurrected Your Son from the dead, I thank You that through Him, I receive daily resurrection. From the moment that I am awakened by You, to the time I return to sleep, You are forever waking me from some death. Thanks be to You, O God! Amen!
