The Thief

THE THIEF - No thief comes into your house, or garden, or any such place of yours to admire it. He or she comes to steal what is not theirs, bottom-line.  The thief comes to steal from us all that our Lord has already given to us. The Lord’s peace, joy, pardon and grace, are some of what the deceiver comes to steal from us. In doing so, his calculated aim is to kill and destroy. Has not Jesus openly warned that the thief’s one and only mission is to steal, kill and destroy? Jesus has not just warned us about the thief, but has given us protection in Himself.

 

Thank You Jesus for being our unconquerable and undefeatable safeguard. Amen!
