Death Fruit

DEATH FRUIT – I’m sure you know that not all fruit are edible. However, there are edible fruit, which God still forbids His own from touching and eating. Disobedience about eating the forbidden fruit, brought God’s punishment.  God still commands us, even now, to stay clear of the fruit that comes from the works of the law. He wants us to feast on the works of faith and resist the works of the law, which only leads to our death. Be obedient!

 

Father, help me to resist the temptations of works of the law, with their exciting fruit, and look only to the fruit of the works of faith. Amen!
