FOOLISH PEOPLE – The believers in Galatia were once called foolish, for they allowed outside influences to cloud their minds and set them to thinking that they could attain their goal by human effort. They had to be sternly rebuked and reminded that when they received the Spirit it was through the hearing of the Gospel and not by their works. Receive this stern caution. You receive the Spirit, through the hearing of God’s Word, not by your good efforts.
Spirit Divine, let me not be foolish and trade the Spirit, for works of the law. Amen!
