BEAR CHRIST’S FRUIT – You are called Jesus’ servant and friend, living and abiding in Him, to bear His lasting fruit, not the fruit of any other. Jesus is the Vine and you are a branch in Him, receiving His daily nourishment. In Him and only in Him, feeding on His satisfying Word, are you able to bear pleasing fruit unto Him. It is in your fruit-bearing that you show yourself to be Jesus’ obedient disciple.
Holy Vine, Jesus my Master, let me never be fooled with fake fruit-bearing. Please save me from such disastrous deceitfulness. Amen!
