GOD’S PROVIDENCE – In the word providence lies a Fatherly word, provide. I say Fatherly, because it is a word of covenanted obligation, that to which Father God is committed. Providence is a word of personal ownership, where God shares ownership of His children with no other. His is an ever mindful responsibility, always reliable and ready to make us into the people He has predestined us to be. God’s providence is always to our good, for He calls, chooses and keeps us according to His Sovereign Will. Trust His providence.
I trust You Holy Father, teach me to honour You more and more. Amen!
