Impure Or Unclean

IMPURE OR UNCLEAN – Many of us, for religious and other reasons, call things and even people, clean or unclean. Jesus once had to teach Peter, His faithful disciple, a lifelong lesson on this subject. When Peter was religiously and proudly naming things as unclean, which Jesus had put before him, he was totally cut down. The Church still needs cutting down, for we continue to deny the grace and mercy of God, to make the impure, pure.

 

Forgive us Holy Lord, that we continue to think, act and speak according to our understanding and not Yours. Amen!
