FREEING LOVE

 

                          

                              

Lord, what is right before my eyes?

Tells me that I am being wise,

For I am taught by holy law,

That closes up love’s open door;

But You save me from lawful bind,

So that in You changed life I find,

A way more excellent and right,

The way that’s pleasing in Your sight.

From death of law you lifted me,

To life of love, you set me free.
