THE SHEPHERD’S SEARCHING - Jesus tells a most encouraging and hope-producing parable of a shepherd and his lost sheep. The shepherd knows all his sheep and misses the one that has gone astray. The shepherd does not wait to call a search party together, but goes out immediately to find his sheep. Do you know that whenever you stray from your Shepherd, He goes looking for you? He really loves you and wants you back in His fold.
Lord Jesus, thank You for being my loving, searching Shepherd. Amen!
