WISDOM OR FOLLY – Paul is before the religious high court of his day, with malicious, trumped up charges. These holy men are all believers in One God but they have strong, differing feelings and beliefs on some doctrinal matters. Paul the prisoner, uses the shrewdness of wisdom to expose their diehard differences. There are times when, as a disciple of Jesus Christ your wisdom in Him will allow you to be shrewd as a serpent, but harmless as a dove. Your reading today is all about Paul’s wisdom and the folly of the religious hierarchy.
