Christ Our Rescuer

CHRIST OUR RESCUER – The law of God is just, holy, right and true but we are all unrighteous, unspiritual and untrue creatures. The sinful nature in us has been taken over by sin and we are of all people most wretched. However, God, in His undefiled wisdom and mercy, has given us a rescuer, Jesus Christ, who is able to save us from our carnal bodies of sin. He puts His Spiritual nature in us and controls us, if we would daily die to our sinful selves and live to Him and in Him.  

 

Thank You Jesus for daily rescuing me from myself. Amen!
