Prophet Without Honour

PROPHET WITHOUT HONOUR – Is it not true that sometimes, people who are closest to you, like family and relatives, do not appreciate your gifts, talents and blessings as others do? You are so much a part of them, so as they are, they find it difficult to accept that God would choose you to do some privileged service in His Name. Don’t let this get you down and make you timid to go forward in Jesus’ Name. Whenever your own people show you no honour, remember Jesus, His own people never accepted that He was chosen of God.

 

Holy Spirit, it does hurt when my own people do not receive You in me. Keep me fixed on You and not them please. Amen!
