A STAR BRINGS JOY – When was the last time you were overjoyed by something you saw? I refer to joy that overturns sorrow, joy which banishes fears, joy which makes a mockery of threats; joy that sustains and keeps the soul strong in God, even through your sickness and pain. We know that such joy was experienced by the Wise Men when they saw the heavenly sight of that guiding star. Joy-bringing stars come in different shapes and colours, but they will do wonders for you if you accept and believe.
Father in heaven, I believe with all my heart that You still send special stars on earth to encourage us, lift us and flood us with overflowing joy. Please give us eyes to see Your sent stars. Amen!
