HOLY SPIRIT GIVES BIRTH – God the Holy Spirit is the Person who gives us Spiritual birth. When Jesus, God Incarnate, was to come to earth in flesh, born of a virgin, named Mary, the Holy Spirit made it all happen. He is the same Spirit of whom Jesus spoke when He told Nicodemus that he had to be born again. He is the same Spirit who still comes upon us and gives visible birth in us to God’s Incarnate Word.
Holy Spirit, Giver of new birth, prepare me and grant me birth, in Spirit and in Truth, please. Amen!
