Practise It

PRACTISE IT – Paul is the spiritual father of his converts whom God has given to him. He wants them to live like Jesus, glorying Father God with their lives as he does. He knows that he no longer lives, but Christ lives in him, so he encourages the believers to practise what they have received, heard or seen in him. He assures them that in practising these things, the God of peace will be with them. Paul’s words are for you too, as believers, to be mindful of all that is excellent or praiseworthy in the Lord and practise them.

 

God of all peace, be with me now, as I am encouraged and enabled to live my life pleasing unto You. Amen!
