Eagles' Wings

EAGLES’ WINGS – Eagles’ wings are not just strong wings, but they are broad and secure wings. They are wings, so created, that are able to rise above the storm and glide peacefully and smoothly.  They can fly at speeds that will make you dizzy, yet they have the ability to fly at extremely slow speeds and not ‘stall’. To be carried on such wings is perfect peace and assurance. This is exactly how God describes Himself to His enslaved people in Egypt. He carried them on eagles’ wings and brought them to Himself.

 

Lord, who can fear when You carry us along on eagles’ wings? You created the eagle and all its prowess. I trust You to take me to Yourself. Amen!
