My Travelling Party

MY TRAVELLING PARTY – David has been told by God to leave his place and go to Hebron. Hebron is God’s chosen place, His way for His servant. But note, when David goes, he takes his two wives with him and all his possessions. Looking with our human eyes, it seems that David is travelling to God’s chosen place with an unlawful travelling party. Two wives? But who knows the mind and intentions of God? When, in your life, you feel that you can’t obey God, because of your travelling companions, remember David. God knows what He is doing with you and your companions.

 

Holy God, keep me from human understanding please. Amen!
