Prisoners For Jesus

PRISONERS FOR JESUS – Paul, before his conversion, when he was known as Saul, was bent on taking believers of Jesus, The Way, as prisoners. This was one way used, to try and get them to denounce Jesus, in order to receive their freedom again.  Remember, Paul was a Pharisee of Pharisees, a devout and highly religious man, a man who lived strictly by the law. Even his persecutions were lawfully done, for he got permission from the Church Fathers, to imprison believers who refused to deny The Way. Are you a prisoner for Jesus? Regardless of who it is or what it may be, never deny Jesus, the Way, the Truth and the Life.

 

Holy Lord, I know that persecutions come in various ways. Whether I can handle them or not, stay by me and keep me ever in You please. Amen!
