The Lions Are Out

 

The lions are out and so is prayer,

Ensure prayer is heard from everywhere,

Undeniable lions of lies,

That all of God’s truth each lie denies,

Have come to rip our faith to pieces,

While chilling fear mounts and increases, 

Lions are out, make it to be known,

For none can face these evils alone,

Keep calling out and keep on saying,

Lions are out, we must keep praying,

Prayer is the only power and might,

That will these wild lions face and fight,

Prayer to our heavenly Father above,

Who alone can these lions dissolve,

Lies are like lions, roaring aloud,

Seeking with their noises, truth to cloud,

Ere the terror of these lying foes,

Remember! Your God already knows,

He sees and hears truth in any place,

And rescues you with mercy and grace,

Be assured! God knows, lions are about,

And He will take every one of them out,

Lions are out, beyond doubt that is true,

Prayer is also out, God will protect you.
