Sad But True

October 3

SAD BUT TRUE – Do not fall into disobedience like Saul. Once, God’s chosen and anointed leader, the principal power in Saul’s life was God’s Spirit, when Saul was clad in the full armour of God. Sad, but true, God took His Spirit from His chosen servant because of grave disobedience. Unprotected by God’s full armour, Saul is no longer heard by God and falls to seeking help from evil sources. Don’t be fooled. Any source that is not of God, is evil. Beware!

O God, to take Your Holy Spirit from me is to strip me of Your full armour. Then I’m forced to seek help from evil forces. Please save me from this death. Amen!
