WE'RE WAITING LORD JESUS

               

We’re waiting to hear what You say Lord Jesus,

For You speak to sinners who are just like us,

We want to know Your way, Your rule and Your guide,

Please do not from us Your Holy Presence hide.

We’re waiting to learn all that You have to say,

Without Your wisdom, where will we be this day?

To You Lord we surrender our every fear,

Please do not from us Your mercy spare.

We’re waiting to see all You to us will show,

For You are the One who all things do know,

Lord, we just cannot continue in this wake,

Please do not from us Your promise take.

We’re waiting Lord Jesus, surrendered to You,

For we do not know what to say or do,

We cannot move on, it matters not where,

Please grant us dear Lord, hearing ears to hear,
