OWN STRENGTH – Learn a tough, but true lesson about boasters in their own achievements. God absolutely abhors such arrogance and pride and never allows it to go unchecked.  So offensive is this arrogance in His people, Israel, He taught them a most unforgettable lesson. Learn from Israel; do not let boastfulness in your own strength cause you to fall out of the graces of Almighty Father God. Sovereign God will have no such growing trends among His people.

 

Holy God, keep us ever mindful that all we have accomplished is through You and by You. Amen!
