The Letter

THE LETTER – As is the case today, letters are very commonplace, in conveying all sorts of messages to people. Have you had a letter delivered to you recently? What was the letter about? From whom was it sent? The letter to which I now draw your attention, is one written by high officials of the First Christian Church. It was specially and specifically written to Gentile believers, who were being burdened by what other overzealous believers were telling them. Sometimes, well-meaning Christians can become so bent on law, they forget grace, and have you in a troubled state. You have a letter in Jesus. Look to Him, read Him.  

 

Holy Spirit, teach me how to read our Risen Lord and Master, that I may know His freedom. Amen!
