Safe Field

SAFE FIELD – In the beautiful story of Ruth and Naomi, we listen to the older woman as she gives some sound, practical advice to the younger woman. She has advised her to remain in one field, Boaz’s field, because to go about in other people’s fields, may bring her harm. You see, Naomi is sure of Boaz’s field, no other, because she is sure of the man Boaz, no other. We too, have been advised by the Wise One to remain in Jesus because, to follow anyone else, to go after anyone else, will bring harm to us. Jesus is our guaranteed Lord and Master. With Him is all the fullness of life. 

 

Jesus, Saviour, Lord and Master, You are in truth and in fact, the Way, the Truth and the Life. Keep me with You, please. Amen!
